Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon has been one of our prides for decades, and this wine shows his vast experience and love for the variety. This was the first red wine made in 1991. This wine certainly set the precedent by winning the Cuno Pacific Trophy at the Barossa Valley Wine Show and to date has still a long way to go in the bottle. Beautifully structured and elegant, rather than overpowering, this Barossa Thoroughbred Cabernet Sauvignon has blackcurrant and plum characters, fine tannins and a soft finish. The wine drinks extremely well now, but will reward patience if cellared over several years.
